3. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Using Wapinn means you must follow:

• Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Policies
• Local messaging regulations
• Anti-spam rules

Meta may reject templates or block numbers for violations.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Fees are charged based on selected plan
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All platform features, design, content, and technology belong to Pennai Appz.

You receive a limited license to use the Service — not ownership.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by Meta or regulatory authorities
• Non-payment of subscription (if applicable)

You may delete your account anytime.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business disruptions
• Delays due to Meta/WhatsApp API downtime
• Data loss beyond our control
• Actions taken by Meta against your number

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing cycle.

8. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold Pennai Appz harmless from any claims arising from:

• Misuse of WhatsApp API
• Violation of laws
• Improper campaigns
• Incorrect data usage

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use indicates acceptance.
